Return Policy
We offer a 15 day window to contact us to provide a reason for your request to return an item, and to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number from us to return an item. Once we have approved your return and provided you with an RMA, you may ship the item back to us at your expense, in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. The item must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase. Once we receive the item and verify it is in new and unused condition, we will provide refund, but only to the exact payment method used for the purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunded orders, and in some cases a higher 25% restocking fee may apply. Most of the time, taking store credit for approved returns will allow us to wave the restocking fee.
#Restocking fees.
There may be some rare cases where items are non stock or drop shipped and therefore are shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor. These items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer/distributor, and are subject to the restocking fees, return shipping policies, and return time frame windows of the manufacturer/distributor. For example, a TapeTech® Bazooka® Continuous Flow Set would generate significant restocking fees at 15-25%, plus return freight. We are a small family owned business and cannot absorb that cost, so we ask that those purchases be well thought through.
#Shipping Costs.
"Free shipping" pertains only to the discount offered at the initial purchase, and that discount is is only preserved when the order is kept. We pay shipping charges on all orders that are sold and shipped through our website. Our original shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items, and will be deducted from returns on orders, even if they initially qualified for "free shipping". Returns shipped to us COD will be rejected.
#Canceling orders
Because we try to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, we have a very small window to cancel an order. Orders can be shipped or sent to our vendors for drop shipment within one hour of the time of purchase. Once an item has shipped or been sent to our vendor for drop shipment, that order can not be canceled, but would have to be returned according to our return policy.
#Cancelation fees
We pay payment processing fees on all purchases made through our website. Orders which get canceled are subject to a 3% cancelation fee, as these fees are final.
#Manufacturers warranties.
Manufacturer defects or issues with the tool that are warranty related are handled according to the warranty policy of the manufacturer, not according to our return policy. We will do our part within the policy of the manufacturer in helping to get the issue resolved.
We want your order to be right.
If we ship the wrong item to you, we will provide a return shipping label, as well as a full refund after receiving the returned item in the same, new and unused condition.
