NorthStar™ Gooser Needle

The NorthStar gooser needle is what pokes the tape to advance it through the head of the automatic taper. Having a fresh gooser needle will help to cleanly grab the tape. It's a good idea to carry a few of these on you on the job site, so that if one breaks you aren't scrambling around trying to find a safety pin to cut down so that you can finish your day.
